Warranty declaration:
Seller warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance and operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair
Terms and conditions:
(1) Seller provides one year warranty for the goods
Warranty period starts from after one month when the goods leave the seller's warehouse
(2) For the defective goods, seller provide free repairing or replacing service, also if involves in the goods returning, including return shipping cost all will be at cost of sellers, but purchaser need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video
Expire one year period, seller reserves the right of charging the repairing service or other related necessary fees
(3) Normal faulty rate will be under 0.3%
If faulty rate is higher than 0.3%, the buyer has the rights to recall and return all the goods back to the seller and seller will credit the buyer at purchased price, the return will include the whole batch and all the shipping cost will be paid by the seller
(4) If involves in the returning and replacing working, the seller should prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within half month after receiving the returned goods from buyer, but the accessories (chargers, cables and more) can be sent to buyer within half month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay
Regarding accessories or replacement buyer need to provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller
(5) Seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer and agreed by both parties
